 We are talking about the life of an arhietct Alvaro Siza Vieira.
This is one of the most famous architects of the 20th century Portuguese.
Álvaro Joaquim de Melo Siza Vieira was born on 25 June 1933 in Matosinhos, Portugal and is known internationally as the Alvaro Siza.
He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto in 1955, the current faculty of architecture at the University of Porto.

  Alvaro Siza Vieira has designed his first building - the four houses in his hometown - in 1954, a year in which he founded and own architecture office.
She realized numerous projects with architect Fernando Tavor, which is one of the architects of reference of the Faculty of Architecture of Porto, where they both taught.
The two have collaborated on several projects between 1955 and 1958.

  The projects architect Alvaro Siza Vieira include schools, homes and other institutions in Portugal, which only stands since 1980 and in other European countries.
Its architecture is strongly rooted in the modernist movement and "no pre-set language as not set a specific architectural language" as himself said Alvaro Siza Vieira.

  His abstract compositions include traditional building materials such as brick, stone and decorative plaster.

and "Vitra Factory" in Germany.

 In 1992 architect Alvaro Siza Vieira won the "Pritzker Architecture Prize," the most distinguished award in architecture, and has taught at universities as "Harvard", "Univeristy of Porto" Portugal, "Ecole Poytechniquc of Lausanne" in Switzerland and University
"Los Andes" in Bogota.
